At our Norefjell cabin we have a stuffed bird in the window, a great tit.
The other day a red crossbill tried for hours to get in to the other bird, through the window glass, unsuccessfully of course.
After a while I went outside, grabbed the bird by my hands, carried it around to the other side of the cabin and released it.
I assume he was happy about that.
